In India the centre govt. has mandated that after  1st April 2020 no BS4 engine four wheeler or two wheeler or any vehicle will be sold in the country . An d gave orders to introduce the all new BS6 engines which will be more economical ,efficient and environment friendly. Though it was a good decision taken by the govt. but not for everyone. This decison put mostly all the car manufacturers in trouble. Coverting BS4 engines into BS6 was not a profitable business for every manufacturer. It was a huge issue for those manufacturers whose more than 60-70% of sale comes out of diesel engines. Because the expense of converting BS4 diesel engine into BS6 is a lot more in comparison to petrol engines.
